Session Proposals

The deadline for submissions was June 21, 2024. We have reviewed all proposals and notified speakers. If you submitted a proposal and haven’t heard from us, send us an email at info@nwelearn.org.

If your proposal is accepted:

  1. Reply to the acceptance email to confirm that you’ll be presenting.
  2. Register for the conference. We will provide a code to use for discounted registration.
  3. Plan your session and materials with accessibility in mind. Check out tips for making your presentation accessible.
  4. Share your session materials. You can upload or link to materials from your session in Sched.

Registration includes admission to the two-day conference, breakfast and lunch on both conference days, and access to all social events.
