Presentation Types (click types for further info)

Longer Sessions (90 min)
These 90 minute sessions are an opportunity for more hands on demonstrations and interactive presentations. Participants will be encouraged to bring their laptops. These may be presentation style or panel style sessions.
Breakout Session - presentation (60 min)
These 60-minute sessions are primarily in presentation format concluding with some time for questions and answers. These sessions will be on Thursday and Friday
Breakout Session - panel (60 min)
These 60-minute sessions are intended for panel presentation format. The participants collaborate and chose to submit a proposal in the panel format on a topic of shared interests. The panel format will allow each presenter a limited time for individual comments followed by audience discussion and interaction. These sessions will be on Thursday and Friday.
Lightning Round (10 min)
New this year! A Lightning Round session will combine multiple presenters, each giving a ten-minute, fast-paced talk with no interruptions. Lightning round presentations are an opportunity to present an idea that will promote further discussion, sharing, and brainstorming with peers. All lightning round presenters are strongly encouraged to host a roundtable on their topic for the opportunity to engage in a discussion on their topic. These sessions will only be on Friday morning.
Roundtable Discussions (45 min)
Roundtable sessions are designed for small group discussion of specialized topics, with the presenter leading the discussion. Typically, several roundtable discussions are scheduled simultaneously in one large room, with no audiovisual use. Presenters of other session types may opt to also lead a roundtable as an opportunity to engage in more discussion on their topic. These sessions will be on Friday morning.

The lead presenter will be contacted by the deadline whether the proposal has been accepted or rejected. If accepted you will be required to reply and register for the conference to verify your commitment to make the presentation at NWeLearn 2018 in Boise, ID.
